At Kido Protect, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our users. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted only if:
- The user contacts Kido Protect Live Support, and
- Our team is unable to install or activate the app due to a verified technical issue caused by Kido Protect, or
- The user has reported an issue regarding the app, and the issue could not be resolved by our support team.
Refunds will not be provided for personal preference, dissatisfaction, or any reason unrelated to a verified technical issue caused by Kido Protect.
- The user contacts Kido Protect Live Support, and
Google Play Store Purchases
- Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store are managed by Google Play.
- If the above condition is met, Kido Protect will coordinate with Google Play to process the refund.
Stripe (Direct Payment) Purchases
- For subscriptions purchased directly via Stripe, Kido Protect will process refunds directly through Stripe if the above condition is met.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Kido Protect Live Support at support@kidoprotect.com and provide:
- Registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Payment reference/transaction ID
- Description of the issue
